What is CrossFit Baldwin Park?
What is CrossFit? It’s three things:
Constantly varied. CrossFit Baldwin Park has a new workout with different combinations of exercises every single day. You’ll never get bored with your workout here!
Functional movements. Our workouts are designed to make you better at the things you already do every day- whether it’s hauling groceries in from the car, helping a friend move, or just keeping up with your kids on the playground.
High intensity. Who has the time to spend 2+ hours in the gym? Not us. CrossFit Baldwin Park’s classes are only an hour start to finish, and a typical workout is 10-20 minutes. But oh boy, those 20 minutes will burn hundreds of calories and make you the fittest you’ve ever been.
We take our workouts seriously, but we also have a lot of fun, and CrossFit Baldwin Park’s community of athletes is the best in Orlando. We cheer each other on, hold each other accountable, and blow off steam with cookouts and events outside the gym. All that’s missing is you!
When Greg Glassman the founder of CrossFit was developing the program, he was thinking of how to train for the challenges faced by the Soldier, The Police Officer, the Firefighter, the Construction worker and the Housewife. What did all these people have in common? They never knew exactly what type of challenge they would face day to day. So CrossFit trains you for “the unknown and the unknowable” which means no matter what comes up in life you will be ready for it.
